  • Delivery Details

    • Orders will be prepared for dispatch based on the item with the longest processing time.
    • The daily order cut-off time is 8:00 PM, and the earliest dispatch can be arranged on the next business day.

  • Product Exchange

    • Upon receiving your order and before opening the packaging, please inspect the goods for any damage. You can submit an exchange request within 12 hours of receipt.

  • Mattress Deep Clean Service

    • Customers can purchase the "Mattress Cleaning Service" for HK$999 (Orignial Price HK$1,388).
