床褥試用及退貨條款
1. 100 天試用期與退款：
- 本公司床褥提供 100 天試用期。
- 顧客可在收到床褥 14 天後申請退款。
2. 退款條件：
- 僅接受顧客實際使用過床褥的退款申請。
- 退款僅限於正常使用情況下的床褥。
3. 不予退款情況：
- 若床褥出現損壞，如燒毀、污漬、或人為故意損壞，則不予退款。
4. 不予退款產品：
- 枕頭、床墊、羽絨被以及任何贈品均不予退款。
5. 退款金額：
- 退款金額將基於顧客實際支付金額，而非原價。
6. 已拆封床墊的退貨費用：
- 所有已拆封床褥的退貨，需收取額外運費運回倉庫。
7. 贈品價值扣除：
- 退款金額將扣除贈品原價。
8. 條款修訂與最終決定權：
- StylesMaven 有權隨時修訂本條款，並對所有退款個案擁有最終決定權。
Mattress Trial and Refund Policy
1. 100-Day Trial Period and Refunds:
- Our mattresses offer a 100-day trial period.
- Customers can request a refund after 14 days of receiving the mattress.
2. Refund Conditions:
- Refund requests are only accepted for mattresses that have been actually used by the customer.
- Refunds are limited to mattresses in normal usage conditions.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds will not be granted if the mattress is damaged, such as by burning, stains, or intentional damage.
4. Non-Refundable Products:
- Pillows, mattress toppers, duvets, and any gifts are not refundable.
5. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer, not the original price.
6. Return Shipping Fee for Unpacked Mattresses:
- All returns of unpacked mattresses will incur an additional shipping fee to return the mattress to the warehouse.
7. Deduction of Gift Value:
- The original price of any gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Terms Revision and Final Decision Rights:
- StylesMaven reserves the right to revise these terms at any time and has the final decision rights on all refund cases.
